- Shareholder Agreement Kit - $2,000 +
GST
- You fill in our short questionnaire (specific details
about your proposed shareholder arrangements and your
venture)
- We prepare a draft Shareholder Agreement for your
review and comment
- You have a two hour consultation with a member of
our legal team to refine your Shareholder Agreement
- We will send you the final Agreement, as refined during
the consultation
Has the intellectual property for
your venture been developed by one partner and now needs to
be licensed to the venture company? Are you licensing a developer
to develop the intellectual property for your venture? If
so, the following kit might help…
- IP Licensing Kit - $2,000 + GST
- You fill in our short questionnaire (specific details
about your intellectual property, your venture and the
proposed licensing arrangements)
- We prepare a draft Licensing Agreement for your review
and comment
- You have a two hour consultation with a member of
our legal team to refine your Licensing Agreement
- We will send you the final Agreement, as refined during
the consultation
