Evaluation:
A face to face individual appraisal by one of our Senior
Consultants of key management skills and competencies. Through
this evaluation process individuals will be able to re-assess
and re-define strengths and weaknesses. $500
- Management
Coaching & Workshops:
These programmes are aimed at enhancing management expertise.
Programmes are customised according to experience and needs.
Subjects include Leadership, Coaching and Motivation, Planning
and Organisation, Presentation and Communication Skills.
$3,000 per day for individuals; negotiable for more than
one person from one organisation
- Evaluation
of the Marketing Plan and Business Development Skills:
Critical success factors are the ability to research markets
and develop marketing strategies as well as the ability
to successfully manage business development and sales of
the products or services. This face-to-face evaluation of
marketing plans and business development capabilities is
designed to assess experience and challenge the ideas and
viability of each venture.
$3,000 per day for individuals; negotiable for more than
one person from one organisation.
