assistance they need to progress the project.

Opportunities is designed to make it quick and easy for interested Viewers
to obtain details of projects and to determine if there is an opportunity
for them to be involved. This involvement could include a: Joint Venture,
Strategic Alliance, License, Mentoring or Investment.

has been developed in a joint collaboration between Australian Institute
for Commercialisation and Pacific Capital, and supported by Knowledge
Commercialisation Australasia. It uses the Pacific Capital CAPstart
technology and has extensive and easy to use
search facilities. Viewers can be advised by email if new projects fit
their criteria.

and Purchase of Businesses
We have been approached to assist in the
sale of businesses. We are now considering formalising this process with a
system based on the CAPstart technology. This will enable Investors to
obtain a meaningful summary of the business to ascertain whether it is of
initial interest.

Patrons of the NSW Government's Australian Technology Showcase, Pacific Capital Corporation
are very pleased to support the 2003 ATS Week from the 15 – 19
